Customer.
 

The function of the “Customer” page is to keep track of your customer list. At the top of the Customer window, you will see three main tabs:

“Customer List”, “Memo List”, “Customer Categories.” Let us now look at the first tab, “Customer List.” The “Customer List” tab allows you to enter information on each of your customers. You will see database navigation buttons at top. Use the New, Edit, and Delete buttons to operate your customer database. At the bottom of the screen

you will see the “Sort Customer List By” drop down box. Use this to sort your customer list in a variety of ways.

Ex. Entering a new customer.

  • Click the “New” button.
  • A “Name” window will appear.
  • Enter the customer’s “Full Name.”
  • Click the “OK” button.
  • A “Customer” window will appear.
  • Enter the relevant customer information
  • Click the “OK” button.
  • Congratulations, you have entered your first customer into Gopher 2003. You can now move on to the next page “Invoice”.
