Reports. |

The basic function of the “Reports” page is to offer you multiple reports to print. At the top of the Reports window, you will see one tab: “Reports.” From this page you can print invoices, statements, sales tax summaries and many others. To print a report, be sure you are on the “Reports” page located on the green navigation bar that runs along the left side of the screen. Continue by following the example below.
Ex. Printing an invoice. (Basic Usage)

Click on the “Invoices” button.
A “Print Invoices” window will appear.
Highlight the invoice you want to print.
Click the “Print” button.

Ex. Printing a statement. (Basic Usage)

Click on the “Statements” button.
A “Statement Report” window will appear.
“Initial Date” - Select the earliest date of line items you want the statement to include.
“All Customers” check box - Check this to create statements for all customers.
Click the “OK” button.

Ex. Printing a sales tax summary. (Basic Usage)

Click on the “Tax Summary” button.
A “Tax Report” window will appear.
“Invoice Date Range” - Choose the date range of the tax summary you want to generate.
“Generate Report Based On” - Click the “Invoice Date” check box.
“Include Which Customers” - Click the “All Customers” check box.
Click the “OK” button.

Click on the “Invoice List” button.
An “Invoice List” window will appear.
“Invoice Status” - Choose the Invoice Status of the list you want to generate.
“Date Range” - Choose the date range for the report.
“Invoice Date Order” - Choose how you want the Invoices to be listed in your report.
Click the “OK” button.

Click on the “Accounts Receivable” button.
An “Accounts Receivable” window will appear.
“Include invoices which are due by” - Choose the date of oustanding invoices.
“Sort customers by” - Choose how to sort the customer listing for the report.
Click the “OK” button.

Click on the “Received Payments” button.
A “Payment List” window will appear.
“Payment Status” - Choose the payment status for your report.
“Date Range Received” - Choose the date range of received payments for the report.
“Date Range Deposited” - Choose the date range of deposited payments for the report.
Click the “OK” button.

Click on the “Service Revenue” button.
A “Service Revenue Report” window will appear.
“Start Date & Finish Date” - Choose the date range for your report.
Click the “OK” button.

Click on the “Customer List” button.
A “Customer List” window will appear.
“Sort customer list by” - Choose the way you want to sort your report.
Click the “OK” button.

Click on the “Customer History” button.
A “Customer History Report” window will appear.
“For whom do you want to print a customer history report?” - Choose the customer or customer category for your report.
“History Date Range” - Choose the date range for your report.
Click the “OK” button.

Congratulations, you have just created your first Report using Gopher 2003. You can now move on to the next page “Options”.
